Jasmine cuevas was the most helpful leasing agent! Her professionalism was outstanding and her knowledge of the Santa Clara housing authority rules and regulations plus being able to work with basically what I could see if you might be using an outside non profit agency to be helping you with move in costs and anything else you might have questions about moving in, Jasmine would be the girl you'd definitely want to speak to and I'm sure that's WHY she carries the title of leasing director but I would also like to add, this complex has amenities that to me are well worth the price and I felt extremely comfortable and now that I'm settled in 1 week in from moving in to my one bedroom apartment, I'm so grateful and thankful I chose Park Kiely Apartments and Jasmine was definitely a joy a professional and at the same time, felt like a friend too from the beginning up to the "end" meaning move in day. And maintenance? No problem there. U need something done? Just request it on your app. Maintenance personnel comes and fixes it so it's a nice place to live. What's not to like? Come check it out for yourself! I did I like it no I love it!🙏😎

The gates are never closed, we've got homeless and crackheads wondering around the complex making this place feel less safe. With the gates broken, a lot of people park in others' parking spots. I don't see the point in having housekeepers if the laundry units and hallways are always a mess. Someone defecated outside one of the laundry units and it was never cleaned. Seemed like they want the weather to deal with that. Absolutely disgusting! And the staff seem to always be high off their asses because they're never on the same page.

During my last 3 years of living here I can say once AMC took over the management, the property has been cleaner and any maintenance requests have gotten taken care of and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Abel Geronimo, the community manager, is a very helpful and knowledgeable leader. Justin G in residence services is always kind and patient when I come to the leasing office. Joy G is one a very kindhearted woman and I appreciate her being in Park Kiely. She always assists me kindly and patiently even ways that are unexpected like opening doors due to my disability, closing my bag and she is very knowledgeable. I am thankful for Park Kiely.

We recently had an issue with my bathroom sink that was completely clogged, we called technician for help. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He quickly assessed the situation n took necessary steps to unclog the sink. It was clear that he had lots of experience as he worked efficiently n effectively.
