Park Kiely Apartment Maintenance Service has been excellent in resolving maintenance issues. We recently had a problem with our bathtub, and Justin responded promptly and resolved it efficiently. They also provided us accommodation while they were fixing the issue. We appreciate the quick and professional service.

My family loves this place for nice greenery neighbor, open space with lot of air light, gun and kids love parks and pool.

Jazmín, the leasing director, was truly spectacular and very friendly. She helped a lot to make the process feel less difficult, and if you want to live here, you should definitely look for Jazmín.

During my last 3 years of living here I can say once AMC took over the management, the property has been cleaner and any maintenance requests have gotten taken care of and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Abel Geronimo, the community manager, is a very helpful and knowledgeable leader. Justin G in residence services is always kind and patient when I come to the leasing office. Joy G is one a very kindhearted woman and I appreciate her being in Park Kiely. She always assists me kindly and patiently even ways that are unexpected like opening doors due to my disability, closing my bag and she is very knowledgeable. I am thankful for Park Kiely.
