Jasmine cuevas was the most helpful leasing agent! Her professionalism was outstanding and her knowledge of the Santa Clara housing authority rules and regulations plus being able to work with basically what I could see if you might be using an outside non profit agency to be helping you with move in costs and anything else you might have questions about moving in, Jasmine would be the girl you'd definitely want to speak to and I'm sure that's WHY she carries the title of leasing director but I would also like to add, this complex has amenities that to me are well worth the price and I felt extremely comfortable and now that I'm settled in 1 week in from moving in to my one bedroom apartment, I'm so grateful and thankful I chose Park Kiely Apartments and Jasmine was definitely a joy a professional and at the same time, felt like a friend too from the beginning up to the "end" meaning move in day. And maintenance? No problem there. U need something done? Just request it on your app. Maintenance personnel comes and fixes it so it's a nice place to live. What's not to like? Come check it out for yourself! I did I like it no I love it!🙏😎

Joy is by far the best Resident Services Associate at Park Kiely! She is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers every question with patience, and genuinely cares about the residents. No matter what I need assistance with, Joy goes above and beyond to make sure it’s taken care of. Her positive attitude and dedication make a huge difference, and she’s one of the reasons living here has been such a great experience. This apartment property is so nice and clean. They treat their residents so well, and have so many great amenities. Joy and Justin in Resident services have been an absolute wonder in helping with all my needs.
